Meat Coconut Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • Buffalo Meat 1 kg
  • Coconut 64 Gms
  • Red chili powder ½ Tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 Tsp
  • Madras onions 160 Gm
  • 1 Inch
  • 6-8 Cloves
  • Curry leaves 5-8
  • Coriander seeds 1 Tbsp
  • Red chilies 1 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1 Tsp
  • Cloves 3-5 No
  • Peppercorns 1 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut oil 80 ml

Preparation:-

  • Clean & cut beef into thin strips. Marinade with salt, chili powder & turmeric.
  • Slice coconut thinly, apply little turmeric.
  • Slice onions, ginger, garlic curry leaves.
  • Roast & powder coriander seeds, red chilies, cinnamon, cloves, and peppercorns.
  • Heat oil, sauté coconut. Remove.
  • Sear meat, remove.
  • Sauté onions, ginger, garlic, curry leaves.
  • Add meat, sauté. Sprinkle water if required to cook the meat. After cooking the meat should be dry.
  • Add powdered spices. Sauté.
  • Add coconut.
  • Serve hot.
