Are all your products certified organic?

Yes — most of our products carry international organic certifications, including USDA Organic, India Organic, EU Organic, and Jaivik Bharat. We carefully verify each product before it joins our pantry.

Why are your prices lower than other organic stores?

We don't operate physical retail stores, which keeps our overhead low. We also source directly from organic farms and ethical suppliers, allowing us to pass savings directly to our customers — up to 40% off regular grocery store prices.

Where do your products come from?

Our products are sourced from certified organic farms primarily in India, with strict quality and certification verification. We feature trusted brands like 24 Mantra Organic.

Orders & Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

FREE shipping on orders $49.99+ to East Coast States. Discounted rates apply elsewhere in the US. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

For food safety, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order — damaged item, missing product, or quality concern — please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll make it right.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at info@organicpantry.us with your order number and a description of the issue. We typically resolve refund requests within 24-48 hours.

Account & Payment

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account makes future orders faster and lets you track shipments and view order history.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
