All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free local delivery is available for orders over a set threshold, which may vary based on promotion, within 10 miles of Marlborough, MA.
Deliveries are made from 9 am to 7 PM. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
How do I request a refund for an item that I ordered online?
To ensure the quality and safety of items, we do not accept returns for online orders. You may, however, receive a credit on your next order if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason.
In case of shipped orders, if the carrier was not able to deliver them, we will give a full refund less the shipping charges. If the shipping address that you supply is found to be incomplete or incorrect then you are responsible for the additional charges imposed by the shipping company for correcting the address. If we send you a shipment and it gets returned back to us as it was undeliverable to the address provided, we will refund the amount you had paid for the products only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost. We offer the option to reship the same order to an alternative address for an additional shipping fee.
We want our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our products. If a product is damaged during shipping or you are unhappy with the product, simply let us know, and we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction in a way that is fair to both parties. We are a small company and try to do our best for each situation. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

You must notify us within 14 days of your order receiving date to initiate a return. After 14 days the item is yours and cannot be returned. All merchandise returned must be in NEW & UNUSED condition. Any items purchased with a coupon code or clearance are not eligible for return and will provide full or partial credit for the price paid for the items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or opened for reasons not due to our error.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Refunds will be promptly credited back to your credit card. In the event you ordered by check, a credit will be issued against future purchases. All return orders must be approved and returned with an RMA, (return merchandise authorization). Typically refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 days for your financial institution to reflect the refund credit back on your account.
We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.
Canceling an order
If your order has not been shipped or left our warehouse facility, we can process the cancellation right away. When the cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Unfortunately, Organic Pantry will not be able to cancel an order if it has already shipped out of our warehouse facility.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
