Where do we ship?

We ship throughout the United States. FREE SHIPPING on orders $49.99+ to East Coast States. Discounted shipping rates apply elsewhere.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. East Coast destinations may receive shipments faster.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $49.99 to East Coast States ship free.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@organicpantry.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
