Ingredients
- Buffalo Meat 1 kg
- Coconut 64 Gms
- Red chili powder ½ Tbsp
- Turmeric 1 Tsp
- Madras onions 160 Gm
- 1 Inch
- 6-8 Cloves
- Curry leaves 5-8
- Coriander seeds 1 Tbsp
- Red chilies 1 Tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 Tsp
- Cloves 3-5 No
- Peppercorns 1 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil 80 ml
Preparation:-
- Clean & cut beef into thin strips. Marinade with salt, chili powder & turmeric.
- Slice coconut thinly, apply little turmeric.
- Slice onions, ginger, garlic curry leaves.
- Roast & powder coriander seeds, red chilies, cinnamon, cloves, and peppercorns.
- Heat oil, sauté coconut. Remove.
- Sear meat, remove.
- Sauté onions, ginger, garlic, curry leaves.
- Add meat, sauté. Sprinkle water if required to cook the meat. After cooking the meat should be dry.
- Add powdered spices. Sauté.
- Add coconut.
- Serve hot.
