1. Mangoes - 2
2. Sugar - 4 table spoons
3. Banana- 3
4. Cardamom - 2
Cut two mangoes into pieces put them in a bowl and smash them well letting few pieces.
Then cut the bananas and add to the bowl with smashed mangoes.
Powder the cardamom and add it to the bowl and mix it well.
Finally add sugar and stir it till the sugar melts and the Shikarni / Mango delight is ready to serve.
Enjoy Indian healthy and tasty desert.
Note: Sugar can be replaced with dates or jaggery.
